The Academy of Asian Leaders (AAL) is a centerpiece project of the Asian Leaders Association. The mission of the Academy is to discover, detail and disclose the significant achievements and contributions of Asians around the world.

AAL will preserve, teach, research and make available for advanced inquiry and public awareness all of its work. AAL is a repository of the records of significant achievements of Asians. The Academy also serves as a forum for research, discussion, and analysis of the significant contributions that Asians make to the world.

During the annual conference of the Asian Leaders Association each fall, the Academy inducts new leaders and presents the Pedro and Consuelo Olympia Medallion to outstanding young Asian leaders.

The AAL Lecture Series is a series of interactive, multidisciplinary lectures and panel discussions focusing on intellectual and challenging issues that touch all of our lives. Each topic generates a wonderful and challenging set of questions that provide participants opportunities to explore, reflect, and become prepared for the 21st Century in an informal participatory way. Some of the topics are designed to engage people of all races in honest dialogue about difficult issues such as racism and diversity.
