BRITTANY OLYMPIA SIGLER PETERSON
Brittany is the daughter of Lida and Jeff Peterson. She is 14 years old. Her
mother is a Filipina born in Manila, Philippines and her father was born in
Arlington, Virginia USA.
Brittany was born in Fairfax, Virginia. Recognizing the value of educational
travel, she has traveled to Hawaii, New York, Hilton Head, Albuquerque, Greece,
Turkey, Prague, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Alaska, Mexico, and Vancouver
Canada
She loves the Philippines and its people. She is joining the Olympia Friendship
Corps Medical Mission to the Philippines in December as one of the Youth
Coordinators.
Brittany had been a consistent honor student since first grade. She never had a
grade below B. During the last school year, she had A’s and B’s in all her
subjects.
Brittany is a well-rounded student. She was one of 21 students selected from her
school for the District Choir; she plays the piano and is a star soccer player
She is a member of a Travel Soccer Team and has competed in various tournaments.
Brittany has won numerous awards. Among them are:
